If fitness is something that you have a hard time squeezing into your day, I have three words for you. Stylish fitness clothes! Stylish fitness clothes are your first steps to getting your ass into the gym. I am not sure why the style of my outfit decides how good of a workout I'm going to get, but it just does. I have noticed the days that I have on a really cute gym outfit, I get the best workouts. I am talking she's a maniac, flash dance style workout! The days that I have on a scroungy gross outfit, I might as well not even go, because I get the worst workout.

No matter how good of shape you're in or not in, I would highly suggest investing in some cute gym clothes. Just a tip, I find the absolute cutest Calvin Klein leggings at Ross all the time.

It's funny how the saying goes if you look good you feel good. There's definitely some logic to that, but sometimes I feel it's the other way around. A prime example is the shoot day that created these photos. The outfit previous to this one was a Givenchy pencil skirt, a beautiful Yigal blouse, Jimmy Choo high heels, lots of diamond jewelry, and a Chanel bag. You will find the look HERE. Anyways, I looked amazing! My outfit in total had to be over $20,000. The one problem, was that I was uncomfortable. It took us forever to get the shots that we needed to move onto the next outfit. I blamed it on myself, just thought I was rusty because I hadn't done a photo shoot in a few weeks. We moved onto the next outfit, which is the outfit that you're looking at now. The black knit batwing top is by Kaufman Franco. The grey distressed joggers and the black floral jaguard slip on flat shoes are both by Alexander McQueen. We proceeded to the alleyway where we we're going to shoot this look. We breezed through it in literally about five minutes. I asked the photographer why that look was so easy? She responded, because you're comfortable in what you're wearing! I said, you think? She said yes, whenever you are comfortable in what you're wearing we shoot the look in about five minutes. Long-winded story to get back to my point. Sometimes the saying should be if you feel good, you look good!
